Just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in Edinburgh with a great value-to-price ratio. Breakfast was amazing, really a highlight of the stay. Make sure to try the local breakfast options!

Fantastic location, great service, superb food.

I recently stayed for a night in a Classic Double Room and really loved the modern decor and comfy bed. The hotel offered a great rooftop terrace and a lovely little spa to unwind in. One small hiccup was some street noise at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The location of Ten Hill Place is excellent, making it convenient to access various attractions and business venues. My room was a Superior Double Room, featuring modern decor and ample space, which provided a comfortable work environment....  

I loved the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices! My Classic Double Room was spacious and comfortable, but the elevator access felt a bit off after long days. 😊

Great location and comfy rooms!

This place was awesome! Perfect location near all the main attractions. The staff were super friendly, and we loved our upgraded room with a king-size bed and a lounge area. the Wee Snug had nice prices for drinks. Just a heads up, doors can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might wanna bring earplugs.

Cozy and Comfortable Stay!

Had a lovely time! The staff were super friendly and helped us with local tips. Our classic double room was huge and cleaned every day. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. Only thing was the tiny TV was a bit far from the bed, which was kinda annoying.

This place boasts a stellar location, just a stone's throw from the main attractions, making it easy to get around. The rooms are nicely organized, with decent amenities like complimentary water and a good selection...  

The spacious room was fantastic, but the air conditioning was noisy at night.
